      **** *. Is my Lawn Technician. He goes above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns I may have. He is a professional in every way!! In the office ******* is a pro! She is customer service at it's best!! I appreciate everyone at Cardinal Lawns and there help with taking care of my to lawn.Thanks for everything!Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year??**** *******

      5 star 10 out of 10 would recommend! First year with Cardinal from leaving ******** and couldnt be happier!

      Do not use this company. They do not take care of their customers. I spoke to them October 5th about reseeding my lawn. They said they would call first and come that week. I heard nothing from them and on October 23 I saw a man driving an aerator like a race car in my backyard. I stopped him because I thought it was too late to reseed. He was going to reseed my lawn for $309. On October 30, there was a frost and on Oct 31 it snowed. It would have killed any grass.

      I cancelled service on 3/16 but was late letting them know. A second treatment was applied and I contacted them explaining the situation. I felt since I contacted them late for the march treatment it was fair to pay the fee. The customer service rep thanked me and credited the April amount leaving a zero balance. They were very polite and didn't pressure me in any way to continue service. As a matter of fact they expressed that they hope to see us again in the future and thanked me for allowing them to service our our yard. I am very happy with their service but suspended it until I can get the dogs to stop burning most of the yard. I plan on starting services with them in the spring and am very pleased with the experience. Definitely recommend Cardinal over any other service I have used.
