I am not pleased with The Richardson Marketing Group of Columbus, Ohio at all. I purchased aged Texas insurance leads from them and received a drop file within a few days, just as expected. Now this month, another $499.99 was charged to my account and no leads. I was told it takes a few days. I hired a marketing person to come in and work these leads, but after the 3rd business day.......still no leads. I have requested that my account be closed, and my $499.99 be refunded. Today is the 10th, and I still have not heard back from the company owner. I have sent several emails to Karla and she has even called me back, but NO REFUND 10 days later. I certain that at one time, this company was A+ rated. I think it needs to be investigated again.

Mr. *******, I apologize for the miscommunication. Your leads have been sent and the hold up on the delivery was due to the fact that this was submitted for a refund. If the refund had been approved, we would not have delivered leads and offered a refund. After review, it was discovered that this account was set up as a subscription account, which bills monthly. The contract indicated a subscription and the initial call indicated a subscription. To cancel a subscription, we just ask for a two week notice, which we did not receive. We have cancelled all future orders and your card will not be billed again.
