    *** *** **** ***** *****n’t have his new wheelchair.
    Since our son’s current chair is horrible, we want the company to home deliver and do the final fitting in our home.
    This is billed through our health insurance company.

    Mr. and Mrs. *****,

    I have attached the documentation from ********** work order.  *** entered the specifications for his new chair the day after your visit here. A quote was requested and there were conflicts in the configuration of the chair.  Those were resolved.  At this point, the funder reached out to get needed documents to submit.  We reached out again and were able to submit on 9-17-24.  We received a partial denial.  We sent for a corrected Prescription and Detailed Written Order.  When that was received we submitted and approval was received on 9-30-24.  All PO's were sent on 10-1-24. On 10-21-24 the chair was scheduled for assembly for 10-25.  The technician communicated with the ATP that took ***** place ( *****) to resolve an assembly issue and ***** scheduled the delivery to the home on 11-5-24.  

    This order went through the process fairly normally.  We had 2 delays that we worked through.  The main problem that caused this complaint was the lack if communication.  We should have notified you that *** retired and ***** took over his working orders.  I apologize for not communicating with you better and more often.  

    The chair and equipment that has be specified for Benjamin is of the top quality on the market.  I believe that you will find that it serves him very well.
