These negative encounters have led me to avoid further visits and to request the removal of my personal information from your records.I have made previous requests to ensure that my personal details are deleted, and I want to follow up to confirm that my information has been successfully removed from your system.     I am formally requesting the immediate removal of all my personal information from your database, including but not limited to my state ID/drivers license. I stayed at your ********************** frequently between 2019 and 2022, but I no longer wish to have any association with your establishment.
    For reference, my previous address was ******************************************************, and my current address is ********************************. Please confirm once my information has been removed.
    I do not wish to engage in any further discussion on this matterjust ensure that my request is fulfilled.

    Dear Manager,
    I am requesting, for the last time, that you remove all of my personal informationincluding my state ID/drivers licensefrom your database immediately. I am not interested in debating with you or engaging in any further conversation.
    I was not the only person present when you had your meltdown, falsely accusing me of leaving negative ****** reviews, despite the fact that I never sought a refund, nor did I report your establishment to the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, or health department. I merely exercised my right to express my opinion on a public platform, which, to my knowledge, is not illegal. Your behaviordemanding that I leave immediately, then waiting ************************ before reluctantly refunding my moneywas unprofessional and unnecessary. I had to insist on my refund and even threaten police involvement to get my money back. Your staff appeared embarrassed by your actions, and my two friends who were with me even considered reporting you to the Attorney General. However, given the number of similar complaints in your reviews, it was clear this was not an isolated incident.
    Instead of simply acknowledging my request to remove my personal information, you have chosen to argue with me on the Better Business Bureau website. This is not complicatedjust remove my drivers license and any other personal data from your records. If you fail to do so, I will have no choice but to seek legal action to ensure my information is deleted.

    Note:  we don't collect any personal information like date of birth, social security number, credit card #.  We are required by Ohio law to keep customer information.
