    I am rejecting this response because: they are not being honest in their response.  I have communicated with them as the numerous emails I have uploaded reveal.  It is they that I have had to chase down to get a response.  In fact, they have not communicated with me since June 18th to discuss a resolution.  They keep telling me to check the original location home, the storage unit and the condo (the moving site).  I have told them we have checked and do not find the shelves.  I can't believe moving 7 miles has caused such a headache and cost me so much money! ($1,500+)

    ***** ******npack and soon noticed the glass shelves to the china cabinet could not be found. The next day searched the old place, no shelves. Went to the storage unit. I found the boxes stacked haphazardly, leaning over, broken with items falling out of them and no Shelves! I left a VM for two days and then received an email. Emails back and forth for a week. Took photos of the storage unit. Took photos of the china cabinet. And then, crickets zzzz. No word from the company as to how they were going to compensate for the missing shelves and the poor service. Called ********** and others and no one cuts glass anymore. Left with a useless china cabinet, boxes of items that cannot be put away and having to empty the storage unit and rebox and restack the boxes. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

    This client moved between 3 location. We have asked for them to check these locations and get back with us with any results. No communication was sent to us after this until now with this BBB complaint. Not sure this is even valid at this point since the client has disputed the full amount of the service with their credit card company. We will continue to dispute this through ****************.

    There is no resolution here. You are asking for a full refund but you have already disputed the full amount of the service with you credit card company. So what resolution above and beyond you credit card dispute do you want?

    I am rejecting this response because: 
    I went to the credit card company because your business did not extend any intention of resolving the matter. The credit card company investigation started right away. Your company kept emailing me back, over and over, check the residence and no apology for the sloppy work.

    I am rejecting this response because: Complete and total fabrication. Of course, I would expect nothing less from *** after experiencing his complete lack of professionalism. I would also expect nothing less from the movers to protect themselves considering what they've done. It's unfortunate that our experience with this company has been so horrid. There are (in point of fact) two (2) other witnesses other than my wife and I, at the move. Scouring through all that was moved in whatever *** would deem an 'acceptable' duration of time for my tools, was not at our convenience do to work and caring for an elderly relative. There's other details of my contact with ***, such as when I contacted him about this, I described my tool box so maybe they could check their facilities, but of course, his demeanor didn't allow for professional discourse. I'm not going to play around here, I stand by this complaint and am prepared to take further action.

    **** ******ren't marked to go, this took us a couple of weeks of looking and searching. After double and triple checking, my wife and I concluded that the tool box didn't make it off the truck. When I called Integrity about this, the woman I spoke with seemed much more professional and concerned than '***' did the following day when he returned my call. He was very unprofessional, extremely defensive, condescending and questioned the validity of my claim, blowing me off as he told me to file a police report. I used to work in SIU Teams as a contract investigator, and found '***s' attitude and demeanor towards me and this situation to be completely unconscionable. I'm now going to have to find out if my insurance will cover this theft, since there's no other solution at this point. Seems as though *** knows that's the case for me. Makes me wonder how many others have had this happen to them. Anyway, I'm out around $1200.00 - $1500.00 in hand tools. Some of which can never be replaced.

    Mr.****** first introduced himself to my crew stating how when he was younger he would beat all there *****. My crew ignored it and continued with Mrs. ****** to complete the job. At the pickup location it is policy for us to do a final walk through to make sure everything is loaded and we are ready for delivery. so when we get a call about something left, we explain that we will come back but the time it takes to move the items will be back on the clock for the moving time (the same charges that would be incurred if we would have loaded them initially). This was very unacceptable to MR.****** and during the conversation it was one sided with him yelling and not giving us a chance to speak. I really find it hard to believe that he would wait 5 weeks after his move to report this, if in fact his tool box was left on the truck we thoroughly check our trucks at the end of each move then again when they return to the office. I will stand by my decision to deny his claim for lost tools.

    We do not have Mr. ******'s tools nor do any of my men. Its unfortunate that the movers are always the first to be blamed but the fact is I do not hire thieves or criminals. I will stand by my men and company and reject his claim.

    I am rejecting this response because: I never expect anyone who unlawfully obtains someone's property to tell the truth. I do, however, expect professionalism from any business where serious allegations of any form of misconduct are alleged. This obviously will not happen with this company. I have already begun alternatives to resolve this matter. In my nearly 60 years of life, I've NEVER encountered anything or anybody like '***' and our experience with his company. So sad...
