Was quoted 2 different services. Netted the difference between the two to determine what they charge for the actual transportation of goods. They then proceeded to add ****** that no one in their office could explain. Spoke to their CFO who acted indignant, would not explain the discrepancy and basically deferred to the price is the price, unable/uninterested in justifying burying ****** of incremental charges.

We are sorry that you feel such a way. We provided 2 bids, in writing. One was the load only of your truck and a 2nd to load, transport & deliver your goods **************************************************** its entirety. On moving day the price actually decreased over $200 from what you were quoted. It is our goal to please every customer. I paid for my laundry unit and other items to be moved. On moving day, I get told by the movers they couldn't move my washer machine due to it still being connected to the wall. I asked multiple employees prior to the move, if they would do as such, and they claimed yes. I speak to the manager and he says "We don't do that". I asked "Why take my money if you all knew that wasn't a service that could be provided?" . He says "We told you" and then proceeds to read the exchange between myself and said employee that placed my order. When I pointed out that he just confirmed that I wasn't in the wrong about the move. He tells me "Well we removed the washer machine charge from your move". I asked about them returning and completing the move. He tells me "The truck cost $301 alone to rent" and I asserted "I'm supposed to pay for your mistake". I wasn't made whole despite the fact that they took $39 off my charge. I still had to pay someone else to complete the job. The manager at this location was very unprofessional and the workers.....Leaders Moving Company

I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Leaders as a cautionary tale to anyone considering their services, it was an utter disaster.
Firstly, they arrived hours later than scheduled, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. But the lateness was just the beginning of our troubles. The movers displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and care for our belongings. Despite my explicit instructions to wrap certain items, they neglected to do so, resulting in extensive damage to numerous possessions.
To add insult to injury, I found myself having to assist the movers with their tasks, essentially doing their job for them.
Moreover, the behavior of the moving crew towards both myself and my wife was completely unprofessional. Their inappropriate comments only compounded our frustration and made the entire experience even more unpleasant.
At this point, I have no choice but to file a claim for the damages caused by Leaders. It's abundantly clear that they are not equipped to handle even the most basic aspects of their job, let alone provide a satisfactory service to their customers.
Save yourself the time, money, and stress by looking elsewhere for movers. Trust me, you do not want to endure the same nightmare that I went through. I strongly advise against entrusting them with your belongings.Leaders Moving Company

I would like to sincerely apologize for the level of service you received on your move. As you can probably tell, this does not meet the expectations of our service levels. We feel we do a really good job overall, but we stand behind our work, even when things go poorly. I checked in on your damage claim, and things seem to be moving along in that regard. 5 stars**** ******* was our Crew Foreman helping us move the 2 days after Christmas. We could not have asked for anyone better. He kept a very positive attitude, worked hard, gave helpful training instructions to newer crew members when lifting larger items, and made sure they had everything loaded that we wanted to take before we left our old house. Both trucks were completely packed and nothing was broken. The crews both days were great.Review fromKassie R.

2 starsI cannot in good faith recommend the **************** of Leaders Moving. The two stars are because they did show up as expected and the movers were polite and hardworking. However, in the 5 hour drive to our destination, five pieces of our furniture were broken due to poor truck packing. One of our lamps completely went missing as well. The movers did report this immediately to their boss, whom which never reached out to me directly until I had to call days later to start the claim process. The insurance that is included in the moving package is an absolute insult to the value of your belonging so if you do decide to use this company, budget for the extra insurance as well.
