    On November the 29th I came into the store to get an estimate on how much it would cost to get my heat to work I was told they could fix my car cheaper then getting an estimate my car was there all day they couldn’t figured out what was wrong so they started to guess didn’t do a full diagnostic on my car. They started switching parts from my car to another car and it wasn’t the problem every time they took another part off to switch and see they then hard wired my wires together to make the blower mother to blow. I got into my car not even 5 minutes into the freeway with my newborn son I started to smell plastic burning then the heat stopped blowing so I went to twist the adapter piece that they wired to my cigarette lighter instantly burnt my fingertips and shocked me so I pulled over and called the shop back and told them what just happen led they told me to bring it back in so they can see what’s really tho problem I brought it back they kept it over light until about 4 o’clock the next business day that’s then when they told me they couldn’t get the code reading due to an old tracker that was place on my car a year ago when I bought it and that they found the problem it told me I would have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. But didn’t try to reimburse me for any of the nonsense they charged me I think it was fraud the reason they lady was whispering to me . They knew what they did was wrong. So now I’m stuck paying off an loan for something that wasn’t even fixed it’s still the same blower motor resistor that’s on my car. My invoice statement is different from the invoice they gave to the loan company.

    I took my car to two different shops to get two different opinion on what was going on with my car. I end up going with Buckeye Muffler and Brake Shop to do a time change on my car. I drove my car over there on the 27th of February for them to do the work . They first gave me a price of $2,500, then after that they call me on several occasions saying that there was more things needed to be done to the car. Which I did agree to the other service they already have taken my car apart. The price went from $2,500 to 4,200 which I didn't expect that much. So on April the 6th Sherry called me and told me that my car will be done in a couple of days, however they need for me to bring in the money to pay for the car. Sherry told me if I'll bring in cash I would not have to pay any sales taxes . I brought 4200 in cash on April the 6th. I called two days later for my car and Sherry said that the parts have not came in, this went on for weeks now about that part haven't came in. We're at the end of April now and I get a phone call from Sherry said that they need for another mechanic to come over to look at my car, at that time I went and got my brother and we went up there to see what was going. I was told I an engine, i told her that not what you told me was wrong with my car. I told her that they are the one that messed my engine up. And I paid you $4,200 for what you told me that was wrong with my car, and I don't have that kind of money to keep paying out for my car. Sherry told me not to worry about the money situation they would find me a engine. I waited over a month for her to call me back and said they found me an engine, and they will put it in free if I buy the engine I told her so what happened to my 4200 and you still asking for money. They still have my car that I can't drive . I feel like I have been taking advantage of and I just want my car fix or refund me my 4200 back.
