      I purchased a used vehicle that had a broken grill. I asked them to fix it they declined. Months later, my check engine light comes on **** take it to the dealership. The shutters are cracked right where the grill was cracked no other place. It was slowly Breaking apart. I have not been in any accidents and service tech advised dealership the impact was only where the grill was broken. This cost me $1209.00 plus tax. I asked for them to pay half and they declined. This is not fair and their customer service was crappy and short with me on this issue. It appears they will do whatever to sell you the car but even with an aftermarket warranty I purchased still have to pay out of my pocket as the warranty doesnt even help fix it.

      I would like to apologize for the delay in this response.

        I have found that the original emails landed in my spam and did not get caught. 

      I was out of town when the phone contact was made and that didn't get to me either. 

      After reviewing the details we see that at the time we sold the vehicle to Mr. ***** we were aware of the crack in the grill. 

      We addressed this with him as cosmetic along with a few other items and in turn discounted the sale price for him.  At the time, we were not aware of any drivability issues with the car.  It seems that these issues have come about a year after he purchased the  car.  He did purchase a powertrain warranty at the time of sale.

      When Mr. ***** called us concerning the issue and the cost we told him since so much time had passed since the purchase, we would not be participating the covering the bill.  At this time, we still not be participating in with the repair bill.
