    Products are sometimes broken in the Box. The guy that works there is very rude and disrespectful. I have received Some good products from there. They're not the highest Quality but you can get a good price on some hard to find items

    The man with the pony tail that works there is rude and very disrespectful. The place stinks and they have fleas and gnats. There is a cat with no tail in there as well and It stinks so bad in there that the man with the pony tail doesn't even stay in there he gets out of his car when he see's people coming to pick up their bids. I had a appointment that I scheduled ******** and had my reservation # he told me I didn't have an appointment and basically called me a liar. In my attempt to resolve this I said im not trying to be disrespectful but the fact the system failed to show you I had an appointment isnt my fault. He then began to yell stating YOU COULD NEVER GET SMART he repeated that a few times. I said to him do you think I would come all the way up here from the North side to come to this stinky place WITHOUT an appointment. His inability to help me by picking my bid winnings was confusing to me. Ultimately this ignorant man walked away from me with no resolution he headed to the "office" but I didn't care to see this system so I walked out the door.This man doesn't need to work with the public, he also needs to figure out why that place stinks so bad and clean it up. I also witnessed him talking rudely to another customer that was in there. He needs to figure out why his system isn't correctly generating appointments If i could give 0 star I would.
