    I would recommend Certa Pro Painters of Central OH. Good sales approach and communication on the front side of the business and good communication throughout the painting process. The inside staff was professional and easy to use. They came out to do some color consultation to help identify an updated color on my siding. The primary painting crew was very good, hard working & skilled painters until the job was done. The same crew came out to provide a third coat on my older cedar siding, at my request and I was given a reasonable cost to do this. They did have to redo my garage door because they used the siding color instead of the trim color and touch up some other trim. I did have an issue with the color match they used to redo my garage door and the trim touch up, and they promptly came out and reviewed it, and agreed to redo these items at no cost. A two-man crew came out and completed those items with the correct paint code this morning to my satisfaction. I would use them again for other painting projects.

    Good communication. They are very customer centric and professional. The staff is great to work with and our painters were excellent. Would definitely use Certapro again and recommend them.

    Did what they said they would do, to the letter. Had to have crews come back and complete overlooked areas. Have an issue now and its been a week waiting to hear from them. Nice that they have a full range of services. Pricing was good. Communication could be better.
