  I am going to start my review off with a 5. We were extremely happy with the response time to start our project and the communication at the office. We are extremely grateful for the vision Zach had to have us rethink some of our ideas. The construction has not started. We are in the phase permits and architectural drawings. We are feeling confident.

  I would never use this company again. They built a patio and assured me it would remain solid for years. After 1 year, a significant crack opened up all along the south side of the patio. They claimed to have a 2-year warranty, but when I contacted them, I was told my problem wasn't covered under the warranty and they suggested I fix it myself.
  During the building processs, the workers did not speak English, and the owner was very belligerent and difficult to deal with.
  I would avoid this company.

  ******n we’re sorry to hear you’re upset. You were very happy up until recently. Your patio looks fantastic. I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with our employees those guys work very hard and take pride in their work.
  To address your complaint, we built you a patio over a year ago, your patio hasn’t settled and there isn’t a crack in your patio either. You have a crack in your polymeric sand.
  We tried numerous times to explain to you that polymeric sand is only temporary and replacing it is part of standard patio maintenance.
  When we explain this to you and told you we couldn’t come replace it for free you threatened us and cursed us out. We tried to tell you that those actions wouldn’t have any impact on us doing work out of warranty for free.
  We hate to see customers not satisfied the reason we do this work is to see the smiles on peoples faces when they see their new backyard but we won’t be bullied or intimidated into doing free work.

  We had these guys do our patio/ deck last Summer-early fall. Over the course of them building it, we did have constant contact with them however the workers spoke very little English so any contact would have been to Zach. When we were looking to build, we had asked numerous questions, one being if it would remain solid and not sink in area's. We were assured that it would not. This is almost a year later, and some of the patio has began to become uneven due to sinking. Although it is not huge yet, it is very easily noceable. My wife reached out to him about a week ago by text which previously worked very well and has not gotten a response. It's not even been a year and would be nice to have it fixed the way it is supposed to look. I/we will share our experience. We have handicap people and tripping has already occurred although only once. The other concern is that it lost most of its color!! Really... that fast.
