    This is a contracted photographer hired to take sports photos and graduation photos for our high school (******* *******). I never received my senior daughter’s parent night photo and I have yet to receive my son’s football pictures and we are 6 weeks into the season (pictures were taken over 7 weeks ago). There are numerous complaints about him not giving people their pictures, giving them the wrong pictures or giving terrible pictures. At this point I feel like he is stealing my money.

    We are certainly disappointed that parents are unhappy.  There was a delay in some of the graduation photos going out from the Class of 2023 because of a mix up with the photo lab.   That has been resolved and to our knowledge everyone who ordered should have now received their order or if incorrect the corrections made and reshipped. 

    Sport photos - football photos were done early to give opportunity to get senior banners done and to get a senior poster created.  But the rest of the photo schedule done with the school was extended this year until August 25.  All the orders must be held until information is sent to the school's booster program and then they must be sent together to the lab.   Photos are expected in this week.
