On Friday June 16th at 7:02pm I submitted an order for a family sized taco pizza with no tomatoes. After returning home from picking up my order I realized they made my pizza improperly and added tomatoes in which NONE of my family consumes. I have a six family household primary with children. Immediately I called the store to correct the issue and was extremely kind upon starting the conversation. I was met with rude backlash stating that I could bring it back for them to make another OR RECIEVe a partial credit for THEM messing my order up! I asked to speak to the manager and she stated she was the manager. If a business screws someone's order up, the thing to do would be either offer a full refund or to have your delivery driver promptly do the work to correct the issue. Why as a loyal customer would I have to pay for a restaurants mistake. Apparently it doesn't seem that joseppis thinks their customers time and gasoline is as valuable as theirs. It is your job as a business to offer a refund. I have never complained previously about any issues, so then you have lost yet another customer if this is not corrected and the rude employee repremanded. This is why joseppis will end up bankrupt bc your food has declined and your service is costing customer decline. If I were joeseppis you better figure out better customer service before you don't have any business. I want this issue corrected!

Ordered online 2 subs sandwiches and an order of fries 12/17/22 they took the money off my card for food but have no inquiry on my order. So I’m left with no money or food told me there is nothing they can do about it. The other day I placed an order for a large deluxe pizza the driver came to deliver and had no change to give me back got ripped off 6 bucks. It seems to be an ongoing issue with this company of stealing money. This is the Joeseppi on sullivant ave in Columbus ohio
