      On 6-12-24 we picked up a water heater from Worly Supply that was ordered a few days in advanced. We rarely install propane water heaters and have installed standard natural gas water heaters 99% of the time. Propane water heaters are defiantly not our standard practice. They charged us $1011.77 dollars for the water heater and after we arrived at the job site the guys removed the box like they have done a thousand times to discover the tank said "propane". We tried to take the water tank back and **** **** a manager was not only extremely passive about earning our business, he was rude as well as dismissive explaining that we removed the box. **** explained that he was the top guy in charge and the final say. The complaint is that they gave us the wrong tank, as our ambition was to get a natural gas hot water tank in exchange for the wrong tank they gave us. No damage was done to the tank other than us removing the tank from the box. The order for the tank is *************
      We will never purchase another thing from Worly Supply as long as we remain in business at ***** *** ******* *** ******* because they do not share our values in customer satisfaction as well as own up to there mistakes.

      The customer pre-ordered the propane water heater from our sales' team in Columbus. The sales' representative questioned the customer to confirm that they definitely wanted a propane water heater because they are not commonly used. During the initial call, the sales' representative confirmed that Worly did not have a propane water heater in stock and it needed to be requested from another branch, per the notes entered by the sales' representative. When the propane water heater was picked up, it was clearly marked PROPANE Water Heater in several places on the box. When the customer came back with the water heater, they requested to return it for a full refund. It was explained that Worly cannot accept a return of an item removed from the box because it cannot be resold. The person onsite to return the water heater called someone at their office and requested to speak to a manager. They were connected to Bob K***, ********** *******. Bob explained that the order was for a propane water heater, and it was confirmed by the sales' representative that the request was for a propane water heater, and that product cannot be resold when removed from the box due to the potential for serious damage to water heaters when handled without proper packaging. After the customer insisted that this was Worly's error, Bob K*** spoke with Worly's President and the decision was made to accept the return and to issue a refund to the customer. The customer returned onsite to meet with Bob K***, and the refund was issued. During the return, the customer mentioned that they had issued a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and that he would "try" to retract it. This customer received a refund as they requested and they thanked Bob K*** for his assistance as they left Worly. We consider this matter resolved to the customer's full satisfaction.
