    I bought necklaces for my friends and I at this company and one was shipped to me damaged. Their website says they offer a 100% risk-free purchase and that all you have to do is send them an email and they will make it right by offering you a replacement or a refund. 100% simple and risk-free process. I have been emailing with them back and forth for 3 months now and they will only offer me a partial refund even though they sent me a damaged product.
