If I could put 0 stars I would. I have unfortunately been signed on with PMI MVP since January and in the past five months have gone through three refrigerators (thats two hulls of groceries with a denial of reimbursement), a flood due to a pipe burst in the sprinkler system that had a water line with NO bracket plate (could have been prevented if not done cheaply), took 2.5 months to get someone to solve the issue of my top oven light not turning off (just wasting electricity because it was the wrong voltage), a separate wiring issue where the **************** room lights were tripping the breaker and it took weeks to get a qualified electrician out. Our pool also had chemical issues so it did not open until the middle of June. Any time I have had to reach out to PMI, its difficult: outsourced call center that takes forever to comprehend whats going on and takes longer for people to come out. Tried going to the office in person: its literally a CoHatch communal office space, not an actual company office. This is a classic case of a shady rental company buying a cheaply produced former hotel building and calling it Luxury Apartment Living theres nothing luxurious about the stress of dealing with PMI brings. If I recall correctly, it also took weeks to get my mail key, AND I caught that I was over-charged with my initial move in (check the list of undisclosed fees that pop up when you sign-on) and had to argue with the customer service *** on the phone about it: had to break down every fee and my payment to explain that I was in fact, over-charged. My living room window currently does not even open which Im sure is a fire safety concern. I had 2 weeks to find a place & move because of a really unforeseen life event so this apartment choice was rushed. Do yourself a favor and do not sign up for any properties ran by PMI MVP, because it will add immense stress to your life and theres nothing luxe about it. ******** customer service, & riddled with issues.

*******, so sorry you had these problems. Three refrigerators is definitely not normal. *** will continue to work to improve our resident experience.
