    I am filing this complaint against Realize Property Management for their dishonest, unprofessional, and hostile business practices. I applied for an apartment, paid the required application fee, and was strung along with false promises and zero communication. First, I was told a two-bedroom was available, only for them to rent it to someone else without notice. Then, I was assured a one-bedroom was open, but after that, they ghosted me. Their agent on the phone had no manners, was rude and dismissive, acting as if I was wrong for expecting basic communication. Instead of addressing their misleading practices, this company personally attacked me in their response, mocking my income, belittling my job, and even stalking my other online reviews to discredit me. Rather than acting professionally, they engaged in ***** retaliation instead of accountability. If this is how they treat applicants, I can only imagine how they treat tenants. Their conduct may violate consumer protection and fair housing laws regarding false advertising and deceptive business practices. Publicly disparaging an applicants financial status could also constitute defamation or unfair business retaliation. If this issue is not resolved, including a full refund of my application fee. I will escalate this matter to state regulators, the ******************************, and seek legal counsel. I strongly urge the BBB to investigate this company to prevent others from experiencing the same unethical treatment. Avoid Realize Property Management at all costs.

    This guy is an idiot. He's ****** he isn't qualified to rent...he leaves 1-star reviews and files complaints anytime he's turned down for an apartment...look at his history- he's trouble.

    Youre nothing but a greedy, money-sucking operation that couldnt care less about the people you deal with. Thankfully, I found a management company that actually respects its applicants. I sincerely hope your shady business practices lead you straight to bankruptcy where you belong.
