    I will forever be traumatized by being here. I was a prisoner for 11 days while drs made false diagnoses after seeing me for 5 minutes to force me to stay and take medication I was against taking.i cried every single night being there and ran out as fast as I could when they finally let me go. It caused the most anxiety ever..I shake at the thought of this place .it literally causes panic attacks and will leave you with ptsd.

    I don’t even want to give ANY stars.
    Horrible Communication.
    Lying to patients.
    Withholding information.
    Refusing doctor treatment when requested by patient.
    No counseling/therapy. (NO group sessions other then child games) (Music bingo, two truths and a lie, taboo)
    Not able to speak to someone.
    No call backs.
    Countless voicemails left.
    Doctor left on vacation after advising release to patient and did not file the release form prior to leaving on vacation.
    Lawsuits are coming to this facility.

    My son is special needs and was taken to this facility to help with some behavior issues he was having. They allowed him to bang his head and hit things so much that he had to be taken to the hospital with a possible brain bleed. He has a knot on his head the size of a golf ball and his knuckles are all messed up. They knew he had this kind of issue because I explained it many times. And that was why he was there. To get help. I am his guardian and had to be contacted multiple times because of these problems.
    He was there for over a week. The social worker's manager told me they were sending him home and I needed to pick him up right away, even though he was still very unstable. Her exact words were "There are too many triggers here that are affecting him and he needs to leave". I was told by her that they would put him in a cab and send him home. Even after I told them no one was there and he did not have a key. He has 24-hour care and I live hours away. I could not arrange staff without notice. The lady was very rude and disrespectful. And many of the staff there were very incompetent.
    This facility is not somewhere anyone should go especially if they do not have an advocate to speak for them,

    i had an absolutely terrible experience here- all the way from being fed raw meat while pregnant, ****** nurses trying to fight me, being diagnosed and given meds based off a 3 minute conversation (no exaggeration), being cutoff and dismissed by a psychiatrist while trying to vent, nurses ignoring patients to be on their phone, and just an overall lack of care for their patients. i cant even speak on the other patients experiences that i witnessed.. there is absolutely nothing reconstructive about this facility, no kind of groups, therapy or counseling are offered, they’re literally just there to babysit and ensure you take your medication. i left this place more traumatized than i was when i went in.
