      Unfortunately PFHL has instated a new policy where no balance is allowed to accrue on people accounts, not a single copay (or even a few cents)if you’d like to schedule reoccurring appointments. Their VM now reads “the key to healing your mental health is through financial consistency”. I’ve been called weekly and told that my appointments will be cancelled if I do not pay my copay from the week before. I’ve been told that copays are due at time of service but I never receive a bill on time. The way this policy is being managed screams that they are making therapy and psychological services inaccessible to a community that needs it most.
      With all this being said, the providers I currently see through this company are some of the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with in all of central Ohio. The company itself has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth to continue seeking services here. If it wasn’t for my fantastic providers, I wouldn’t.

      Management and reception are taking the new policy very seriously! My appointments are being cancelled before I even receive the bill for my services! No phone call to let me know that I was being cancelled on either. My balance is at 0.00 and I called the office to have them put me back on the schedule, reception told me I needed to pay my bill. Well, I need to be sent the bill and not cancelled on in order to pay. Please have your ducks in order, send clients their bill, and have your head screwed on before cancelling people’s services! Unacceptable!

      Can no longer keep coming to this place despite the great relationship with my providers. Had zero balance on my account and had all reoccurring appts and appts with med management cancelled. There is no way of getting in contact with your therapist unless through the office supervisor who is unbearable. Working on finding an interventional crisis specialist due to the emotional harm this company has caused me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

      Providers For Healthy Living has the most caring, skilled, and experienced providers. I have seen Dr. ******* **** for 8 years. The PFHL staff are very caring, make me feel heard, and have helped immensely improve my anxiety and binge eating disorder. Before PFHL, I was a mess; my PCP put me on several mental health meds that made my symptoms worse and then kept throwing different medication at me to try without thorough testing. In contrast, at Providers For Healthy Living, I was given a very thorough assessment and my provider always takes the time to discuss the best medication options for me; they also provide diagnostic testing and do Genesight testing. After hours and on the weekends, when they are closed, there is an on-call provider available via phone to provide support and answer questions. Appointments are virtual which has made it easier for me to get the care I need while also trying to balance family and work life. With PFHL, you are in good hands. I would recommend Providers for Healthy Living to anyone who needs help.
