      The Saribalas Clinic was purchased earlier this year and is now run by Dr. ******* *******. The original doctor (Dr. *********************** left the practice. Dr. ******* has access to my files. I have called 4 times in the last week to change my appointment time but no one has called back to change the time. Likewise, I have called 3 times in the past week to get a medicine refilled and no one has called back about that either. It's like the office is simply ignoring all calls coming in. Please help as it's hard to find psychiatrists in ******** that are taking on new patients.

      Please cancel my complaint I filed via the BBB.  The Saribalas Clinic got back with me and took care of the two problems that I had.  Thanks anyways.

      Please accept our apologies.  Our phone system was down for 3 days.  When we were able to retrieve the voice mails, the calls were returned as quickly as possible.  It is our policy is to return all calls within 24 hours.
