    This business is not with the Better Business Bureau. We signed a legal purchase agreement and when the closing date approached, we were unable to reach any one. The entire company is just one person. Do not use this company. We moved out of the home we were selling in preparation for the sale of the home and then we were ghosted.

    WASTE OF TIME!  We received a decent offer from and decided to sell to them.  We spoke on the phone, they answered all our questions and said we could close in under 30 days.  We sent pictures and information they asked for.  We signed a purchase agreement.  Time ticked on.  I kept texting and receiving excuse after excuse!  A month passed with no closing.  We could not see any progress!  The date written in our contract came and went with no closing.  They stopped responding.  We trusted them and they let us down. Now we are back to square one, a month and a half later! WASTE OF TIME!

We requested more time to successfully perform to our standards and you expressed your concern and denied the request for extension.     Scams……. They going to get some information about your property, and then will ask for pictures of home you want to sell. Then they told me the contract will be sent to you email to sign . No one reached back yet. Don’t waste your time with this company. Scams

    Hello ******, we looked further into this situation. Unfortunately, we were in communication with you about the legal ownership of the property you were selling, in which our team required further review. We then requested further information to resolve and initiate the process. In between those communications we were notified of this inaccurate review. Unfortunately we were unable to move forward. This was communicated thereafter. We wish you they best of luck in selling your home.

    Signed a contract on 1/14 and a month later i still have yet to get any information about closing or had anyone come out to look at the property. Supposed to close on the 25th of this month. I have reached out to them every time for an update, and i always get, someone will contact you in a few hours, and never get contacted. The next day i tell them i was never contacted and and he said that the "dispo" got busy and will reach out by the end of the week. If i could, i would give them a zero stars, No communication after the contract was signed. No sense of time. Complete waste of my time. They are out absolutely nothing if they break contract but you could lost money (if they take you to court) if you break contract. Complete idiots that work here. DO NOT SELL WITH THEM. SCAM ARTISTS!

    The agent I spoke with, ****, contacted us about an offer to sell our home. After speaking to him, they made an offer that we accepted only after confirming that it was a firm offer that would not be subject to change. They then told us every day for about a week that the underwriting paperwork would be ready, "tonight or no later then tomorrow." At one point even telling us that the deal was being canceled only to immediately tell us that they made a mistake and that it was still going to go through. On my last attempt to find out what was going on with the paperwork, they answered my call, went silent, then hung up and proceeded to block my phone number.

    Our agent, ******, is not helpful. No communication and our closing date keeps getting pushed out. Unable to talk to him, he won't return my phone calls. Text only. Has not kept us apprised and keeps blaming "the investor" or "sending this to dispo". Have been unable to contact anyone else. Still waiting for closing information today, 1/11/2024.
    The first closing did not happen on 12/22/2023 and was pushed out to today. No information was given for that closing either until phone call that they needed an extension "for the buyer". Very frustrated. No guidance through this process.
