      Hello,

      I was sent to collection for no reason when I tried to rent apartment while the property manager knew I was using Hud voucher section 8. The property manager informed me it would take 2 months because the voucher was going to expire, so I had to find place as soon as possible. I notified the property manager, but then They have taken out of my account $900 without a proper able cause. When I went back to the property they have informed me a new company bought it. Now that my lease was up for the place I was renting and tried looking for a new a place they informed me I have a been sent to collections which is unfair because I never even rent an apartment from casto properties. I have been living here in this country long time and not once did I missed a payment. I need this to be disputed as soon as possible. The next step would be to get hold of my lawyer.

      Dear *******,

      Thank you for reaching out and bringing the concern
      to my attention. After further review, I was able to see the account was sent
      to Fabco collections in December 2021. Two separate online electronic applications
      were submitted to Morse Glen along with the required initial fees. The
      application requirements were not met & the initial credit card was refund,
      this was issued by the property.


      At a later time, we then received your initial
      payments returned due to insufficient funds. At which point we contacted you several
      times via phone & email to collect the reimbursement of these returned NSF funds
      and you did not return our communications. Without correspondence on your behalf
      to submit the balance in full, we were forced to send the total debt of $900.00
      ($100.00 Application fees X 2, $300.00 nonrefundable administration fees X 2,
      $50.00 NSF fees X 2) to Fabco collections.
