      Home owner within an HOA community. Exterior wall is the responsibility of the HOA. Have raised all necessary requests, provided open communication, and 8 weeks later have been ignored and put off. Water is leaking through outlets into house and also in many other areas throughout the whole exterior wall of the home - this is a fire safety hazard and causing property damage.

      - First request raised July 14 - a plumber was sent on July 24 (there are zero pipes on the exterior wall and no reason for plumber to be contacted) after 3 email follow-ups
      - First request was closed by management company on July 24 even though no resolution
      - Second request raised July 25 since first request closed
      - After no response, follow-up on July 31, roofing company Faezel was sent out on August 7
      - Management Company would not provide Faezel estimate but declined its services after it provided estimate
      - Follow-up emails sent August 13, 14, 15, 18, follow-up call on 21, management company called Nickell on August 23
      - Nickell scheduled to come out on Aug 24 but was not prepared (no ladder to inspect) - engineer stopped over and indicated they would come back another day for a sample
      - Sept 5 - after 2 weeks of attempting to get Nickell to come back, company was scheduled to come out today and did not. Indicating they are "too busy".
      - Management Company has taken no action, any action has been taken by us as homeowners but this is not our responsibility nor do we have authority to take action per HOA community handbook.

      First and foremost, we would like to clarify that your complaint pertains to issues within your Association, for which Collective House Realty acts as the agent for the Association and has limited decision-making authority. Please rest assured that Collective House Realty is committed to resolving this issue and has contacted licensed professionals to assess and address the problem. We are awaiting the engineer's opinion, which is crucial in determining the appropriate course of action.


      We would like to emphasize that we take all complaints seriously and have been working diligently to address your concerns promptly and effectively. Your safety and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us, and we will continue to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
