They make it extremely difficult to terminate a lease and auto-renew it. I was told 60 days by the property manager and that I could only terminate via snail mail. They wouldn't take anything electronically. I sent a registered letter which was returned as well as a regular mailed letter. Now they're saying they didn't get the term request in time and they've renewed me for another year. What a scam!!!Recently one of the other tenants in the building busted their door down in the middle of business hours. I have no idea why. When I contacted the building management no one replied to me. Now we have to be worried about safety as well. In reply to your response below, I only put this review in AFTER I contacted your office, and tried working with you through the BBB. Your owner literally told me that it was illegal to contact the BBB in the email back to them. Maybe you shouldn't let the owner answer customer service inquiries.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE . If I could give zero stars I would In Cincinnati Ohio, Triangle Park Drive Building 6 is horrible. From the time we moved in there has been an issue every month from molded tiles and extremely unsanitary bathrooms to ceilings leaking , flooding, floors leaking with brown water, pipes bursting , raccoons in the ceiling the list goes on . The sad part about this is when we call ***** in Columbus for help she is so so nasty and rude and we are the ones having issues. Called her and ask for an emergency maintenance as their pips burst and was told I could not use my suite and (that’s why you have business insurance) We call and call leave maintenance request that barely gets answered. We have spoke to Bishoff Secretary several times for help with no response back. Asked several times to have a meeting/sit down even an email regarding these issues since the beginning of the lease but nothing. Never an apology about the on going issues, never any type of credit or refund of money Nothing!!!! There is so much lack of respect to others and lack of responsibility… I will be calling the Local News Next !!!!!!!!!

EV. Bishoff is slowly Making Changes for the better. Like others, I had an unpleasant experience yet I found my approach made a difference. Ev. Bishoff has commercial suites for just about every budget, and even with that I see that they rather have suites unrented than to have the wrong tenant. I will say this. As an residential property manager I know that each property has its own account and budget, and paperwork and as such they cannot take money from one property and lend it to another (or at least they should not) so by not renting to wrong tenants, they are making an attempt at keeping the current tenants Viable. This mean that there is less income to take care of the property, this means in emergency situations some times. My initial 1st impression of EV. Bishoff, was a great one, Until I had an emergency, and i began to dig, and investigate, and saw complaint after complaint, then my impression was not so good. I then Personally met with A Bishoff, and the meeting was a positive one. I found that The New Generation of Bishoffs, will be taking them from dark to Light. Just give them a chance. Treat your business like a respectable business regardless of the circumstances, and watch what happens. I do not work for them, never did, and never knew who they were until we began renting from them. MR. W Bishoff. I say congratulations to you. you are a fine young man, great Job. you passed my test, and is a great Company Rep.
