    ***************** will not provide assistance on getting rid of infestation of cockroaches and rat to their apartments. They will come spray your apartment but nobody elses due to the tenant not wanting it done. The spray does not do anything if anything it attracts more. Maintenance will say the owner does not want to pay for an exterminator and if I hire an exterminator I will get an evicted.

    We understand your concern and would like to make every effort to resolve the pest control problems you are experiencing.

    As you stated in your complaint 12/5/24, this is a result of your downstairs neighbor moving out and leaving a giant mess behind. They were asked to leave due to their lack of cleanliness. We removed all of the items they left behind, cleaned and treated the unit for bugs as soon as they moved out.  That is when you put in a request for pest control that we responded to with professional treatment. We have used tabs, gel and spray in your unit and the unit below.  We will schedule treatments for once a week until the problem is resolved. 

    Please make every effort to clean and declutter your apartment. This will aid in the extermination. It would also be helpful if are able to leave the unit for a few hours while it is fumigated. We can also use professional grade spray if your agree. Please let us know what day is best to schedule treatments each week until the problem is resolved.
