    I brought a Sir Lawrence Glass door refrigerator from Restaurant depot on 13th of February. Your Invoice #********* for Order #*********. It is not maintaining the temperature it is supposed to maintain. My products are getting damaged. I immediately sent mails to the Restaurant depot. called them 3 times. No response to my mails and for my calls, Some one took the message and promised their manager will call back and they never came back. This product is not working as described in the website and i don't want it and want to return it. i did not expect this kind of behavior from Restaurant depot. Appreciate if you can help in making sure they take the product back and refund the money i paid and compensate for the damage of my products.

    Did not know of the customer wanting to speak with management.  A member of management will be contacting the customer today at 9 am.  Customer will be notified of our return policy and will be given the proper information in order for the customer to be taken care of.

    Restaurent depot person spoke to me and said he called the manufacturer and waiting for the response and will get back to me but so far i did not hear back. I tried to call back from the number i got the call and it is not working. My request is very simple. This unit is not working as advertised in the website. I am not looking for a fix, its a manufacturing defect and  its been a month without proper response. As it is not working as advertised, I don't trust this product and would like to return. Take a product back and refund my money. I can not risk my products on a faulty refrigerator.

    We will return the item for the customer.  This is an exception we will be making, for the customer.  Our return policy is for the customer to deal with manufacturer, if the product has a warranty.  This product does have a manufacturing warranty.  Product needs to come back to the store before any credit can be issued for the customer.
