      ******** customer service. The manager ***** at the ********* location lied twice about processing a refund to my card after a bad experience at that location. Food was cold after waiting an hour, didnt receive our drinks; and the restaurant wasnt even crowded. Even worse trying to get a hold of corporate. The phone number goes straight to a voicemail that isnt set up. Whoever owns this business is terrible. I would spend my money elsewhere if youre considering going here.

      You let ******* and management run Axis and Union and just ban people from there for no reason which is illegal. Or are you purposely trying to get rid of an lgbt people and safe space in the short north? Do not trust this company.
