    Yes hello. So I did write them today to let them know what happen. I order a 12 inch sub and a 6 inc sub a salad two bags of chips and 6 cookies. When I got my order it was not open it was closed. I did call door dash who delivered it and they said i had to get a hold of subway which I did. She try to blme it on the door dash driver I told her when I got the bag it was closed and even told her I am missing my 12 inch sub I am missing all the cookies and one bag of chips the order was not made right on top of that I didn't even see my salad but I even sent them pictures I can't believe they would try to blame someone who didn't do anything at all. This door dash person never got in my bag he never open it he gave it to me as they did in the restauran so it is on them. I ask he to just give me my money back and I would not come to you guys but now they won't even replay I would like my money back the person who sent me the email name is *** *. I would not make this up and try are trying to say it is door dash when really it is them please help i want my money back please

    Yes I order worth of $60.00 worth of food. One we didn't get our whole order and two I believe we got someone else order. I ask them right away to please give me my money back the whole $60.00 that's all I wanted. The food was not good we not even eat it and we didn't due to it was not what I had order. They write me today saying they will only give me $25.00 back I told them no I don't think so this is on them not me and I want all my $60 not $25 that don't even cover Half of what I spent. I don't believe I should pay $60.00 for food we didn't get or even Receive. They ar3 very rude to their customers and this is not the way to handle customer service. I did let them know I am making a report with you guys as well as I am going to call my bank.

    We have closed the duplicate complaint and copied the additional information submitted and we have manually posted it to the original complaint case below. Based upon this new information we are resuming BBB **************************** We appreciate the patience and understanding of the parties.

    Problem:
    Yes so we order form subway and we have asked them for our money back because one our order was made wrong. We could not eat it and we had to put it in the trash we did send them a message asking for them to refund our money because we was not sure if it was ours or someone else order we got it was made wrong and we could not eat it. Or course none has replay back to us reaching out. We even try to fight it with the bank but subway is giving us a really hard time. So now I have to come to you guys and report them because they don't want to do the right thing. The meat was so cold and hard you could not eat it. We didn't get anything we order on the subs. The salad was the same way. It was the worse ever and when they don't even respond to a message that they did wrong something needs to be done because it is like they don't care. I don't believe they care if they make people sick. I believe the meat was not cook right. That's why it was so cold and we was not able to eat it.
