      I placed an order with Midwest Sports Lab on April 21st, 2024. We were told that the photos wouldn’t be ready until the end of the season and to pick them up from our coach at the last game. We attempted to do this on May 19th but our photos were not there. I9 Sports instructed us to contact Midwest Sports Lab directly, which I did on May 22nd. Since then, the president, ****** ******** first told me that I would be refunded for the order, then that my photos could be reprinted and mailed directly to me, but neither of these things have happened and now he will not even respond to my emails. I just want my money back for the order that I never received.

      The complaint is in error.  The order was completed as this was not an individual transaction but a large group order.  All orders were delivered to the youth athletic league for distribution as per the league contract details.  Midwest Sports was not responsible for final deilvery of the photos. There were over 300 orders within the large group order.  Client did not pickup the order as per league instructions and the season ended.  Client was told thru the league to pick up order at a different location on a later date.  Client indicates the order was not there at that later date and Midwest Sports has no way of confirming the accuracy of that statement since our job was initially to deliver to league prior to season ending.  We learned later that due to a delivery error by the league some individual orders from this large group order went "undelivered".  End of June Midwest Sports volunteered to pick up non-delivered orders and mail directly.  Her order was mailed (processed on 6/24/24) and she was instructed by email that was the case.

      On June 26th she generated an email stating she did not have it.  We agreed to process a refund but that takes 7-10 days.  She provided order details for a ***** ****** and after an extensive order search thru our hosting service for online transactions no order exists for her.  Another cross reference search indicates she placed this order under a different name (*********) which she did not provide correctly for us in the beginning.  Regardless a refund has been processed.
