    After moving into a our new house we had a roof leak. We called four different roofing companies to come have a look. All four provided similar advice and unfortunately identified issues that weren't found during our home inspection. Ace Roofing was one of the companies we called. ***** came out really quickly, assessed the leak as well as providing a thorough overview of the roof condition, ventilation issues etc. ***** gave the most straightforward assessment, calmed our fears, and broke down all of the issues and the pros/cons of fixing one thing or the other. He also provided several quotes for the various options, allowing us to look at cost/benefit of each fix. This was hugely helpful, as most other companies didn't offer this and jumped straight to 'new roof'. While we are eventually looking at getting a completely new roof, ***** was able to fix all of our issues to stop the leak and increase ventilation, providing a fix that will buy us some time before we have to take on the additional expense of a new roof. If you are looking for a roofing company - look no further than *** who will provide straightforward advice, not try to upsell you, and will quickly address your issue while providing an excellent warranty for their work.

    I'm the property manager for 5 multifamily apartment buildings with slate and shingle roofs. Ace Roofing has been our sole partner for roof / gutter replacement and maintenance since 2020. Their work has always been of the highest quality, they are super responsive and prompt and they are honest to the point that we rely on them to build our long term maintenance plan - a true partner with the best qualities from another era!

    A few years back, Ace roofing associates replaced our house roof due to hale damage.
    Recently, with new high winds and heavy rains, I have noticed a roof water leak in one of our bedrooms, and a few roof shingles are blown, moved, and flooded back.
    Hired a new roofing contractor to fix the issue. they are telling me that there are a few locations where Ace roofing has missed fastening the roof shingles to the roof.
    They also replaced the vinyl siding on my house. the sidings are cut short, loose and lots of other locations parts are loose and not fastened.
    It has been several years since they installed the roof and sidings I can not do much. However, Just wanted to let other customers know about this outfit.
    So if you are looking for quality work. ACE roofing is not the one.
