  Alien Roofs has been walking around our neighborhood looking for work. Beware. My wife was approached yesterday (12th of July) and told that our roof had loose shingles. That they would examine and replace and that the insurance would probably cover it. Our roof is 2 years old. When she told him and asked that he point out the issue he backtracked and said he misspoke. He didn't misspeak. It was sleazy, unprofessional and downright insurance fraud (illegal). Not exactly giving the confidence that they would stand by their work.

  Yesterday, after two years of struggling to get our roof replaced, we finally got our wish. After speaking to various roofing companies, we finally came across Alien Roofing. I know there are tons of options when it comes to selecting a roofing company, but Alien is 100% the way to go. Despite not having the most conventional company name, Mike ******* was beyond outstanding to work with and really took care of us from start to finish. Many roofing companies will attempt to push you to file a claim in order to gain business. Mike and his staff at Alien Roofing were honest and transparent from the beginning. When we first had them come to our home to survey the roof, they informed us that there was not enough damage to file a claim. We really respect that! They told us the next time we had a storm, they would come out to inspect the roof. Little did we know, a few weeks later, we had a severe wind storm blew multiple shingles off our roof. We called Alien Roofing, and they were out within an hour to tarp and secure those areas to prevent further damage. From that point, the process was seamless working with Mike ******* and Alien Roofing. Within a month, we had a new roof on our home and couldn't be more impressed. To put it mildly, Mike has been exceptional to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, respectful, transparent, and ALWAYS available to answer the never ending list of questions that come with this tedious process. Various insurance companies are difficult to work with, but Mike is always prepared and very thorough. He was ready to handle any challenges that could potentially arise. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mike ******* and Alien Roofing. Definitely give Mike a call for any roofing needs.

  Jimmy and the crew did a great job with the roof and even replaced the skirting where the roof meets the siding so that it matched the rest of the roof. Alien was very patient as our mortgager inserted themselves into the process and caused many delays in the payment process, all of which added approximately 4 months to the process. We highly recommend Jimmy, Mike and the rest of the Alien crew for their excellent work and patience!

  Jimmy and crew were excellent. very professional, and fought hard to get my roof replaced by the insurance company. Now our house looks great and we can rest assured that we will be free of roofing issues for many years to come. Highly recommend Alien roofing to anyone needing their service.

  Alien Roofing was a great company to work with. This was our first large home project as a couple. They walked us through every step of the project and always kept our best interests in mind. They handled much of the communication with insurance as well. Highly recommend!

  Alien Roofing did an amazing job. I contacted them because they left a contact card on the house and I appreciate companies that work for their business. They did the heavy lifting coordinating the insurance company, took on the risk of the job (I only owed the deductible), while making sure the job was done right. They upgraded me to a dimensional shingle because the 3-tab wasn't available, and they ensured damaged sheathing was replaced, even though it wasn't covered by insurance. They were gracious to only ask for the material cost. The roof looks great and I have the confidence it's also done right. Finally, they were a pleasure to work with, even when I misplaced an insurance check, which delayed final payment to them.

  Everyone at Alien Roofing was committed from the start of this project to the end which took a lot longer than expected because of supply line and back order issues. We were finally able to complete this project and my family is very pleased. Give these guys a call because you will not be disappointed!
