    Shady roofing company that uses the BBB logo on their paperwork but are not affiliated with the BBB. They asked me to sign a letter of intent to use their company. My insurance adjuster believes *************************** added extra damage to my hail damaged roof to ensure my claim got paid. The adjuster showed me photos and explained the different types of damage and the age of the damage. After learning that, I recinded my intention. Since then, ******* had an 'administrator' write a threatening email to me, demanding that I work with them. They an invoice to me for $1500 for consulting, documentation, inspection and travel fees. It's laughable.I could take legal action against them for the vandalism. Their correspondence is riddled with errors and the BBB logo is misleading. What else would they have done or lied about if I had let them install my new roof. Beware!

    Lifetime Builds and Home Restoration did a wonderful job on my roof. It took them less than a day to complete the job, and William was extremely helpful in dealing with my insurance company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in search of a roof.
