    I had ***** Roofing replace a hail damaged roof to my detached garage/ shop in June of 2022. They originally used a clear plastic ridge cap as to match what I originally had on the building. After a period of time due to being installed incorrectly (They said they had never done that type before) The ridge cap started leaking. I contacted my rep ***** (I do not have his name) and he said he would take care of it, after several calls as to other damage that rated higher than my shop they sent a guy out to replace the plastic with a metal ridge cap, The cap was replaced this past spring (2024) One day 6/13/2024 I was out replacing a light bulb in the building I noticed that there were screws from the new cap through the roofing, the guy had completely missed the wood 2x4 purlins that he was to be attaching the cap to (Not a good idea, as the wind will cause the screws to pull out of the sheet metal and cause the ridge cap to become loose and blow off. I texted ***** at ***** and sent him photos of the large number of screws that had missed their target. He replied that day telling me that the issue would be taken care of and he would let me know. I did not hear back from him, so I texted again on 9/5/24, no reply, I texted again on 9/16/24, he replied that he had a meeting with the COO of ***** the next day and would let me know by 9/18/24. I never heard from him. The only real way to fix this issue is to replace either the entire metal roof, or go through and replace the pieces that have been punctured by the misplaced screws. This COULD cause more issues as the more you walk on a metal roof the more chances you have to bend the panels and cause leaks. I would prefer an entire new roof on the building. This has gone on too long and I am upset with the process and am reaching out to you guys for assistance.
