I've been using Roof King since 2021 for my rental properties. They've done several roofs for me and each time has been great. ***************** pushes back and gives me problems, they step up and help me navigate around any potential issues. They're proactive and meet adjusters out on site. I don't know anything about roofs or construction so it's nice having experts I trust on my side doing all the talking

1 starI had new siding done on my historical home. I noticed they were framing the windows three different ways and brought it to their attention. The representative told me he knew nothing about siding and walked away. They then went back and redid most of the windows. I mentioned they still had to two different styles. I was told I had agreed for them to be different which was not so. I was asked to pay the Bill in full before the work was completed. I mentioned your quote states two weeks after completion. My salesman stated they would not warranty their work, and I had caused work stoppages again not true. It's now two weeks after they left my home, they never returned to clean up the trash or pick the large skids. I contacted one of the Partners, **** ******, on two different occasions he said they would come back out to redo the work. As of today, no one has retuned. I looked at my quote and noticed they had added another $3,000 for miscellaneous work which was not requested, not needed and not done. BEWARWE OF THIS COMPANYReview fromDon P

This company replaced my roof & a lot of my gutters about August 2023. An area of the roof not visible from the ground was not properly closed. Squirrels got into the roof over my porch. I hired a pest control company to get rid of squirrels & seal the opening. It cost me over $1800 to resolve. I asked **** King to help me with this cost. They would not.Roof King & Restoration

While our team performed the roof and gutter replacement according to the agreed specifications and scope, it did not include sealing pre-existing openings not caused by storm damage that would also not affect the replacement of the roofing system or gutters. As a gesture of goodwill and to demonstrate our commitment to customer service, we did offer to seal the opening at no additional charge. We regret that this solution did not meet your expectations. Cameron r*** was very helpful with the inspection and very helpful with the insurance process.
Rhonda R*** was awesome keeping me posted on scheduling do to uncontrollable weather delays. She really went out of her way I believe in answering all my questions. She was always very pleasant to talk to.

Giovanni worked with our insurance tirelessly and got them to replace our stormed damaged roof. Rhonda then helped me setup times and prep . Then the crew showed up and supplies arrived and all repairs and new roof was done in 5 hours. Then cleanup was equally efficient. Would gladly recommend them to anyone and would use them again. Roof King is the best! From the beginning of the process, this company was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable through the end of the project. They were very easy to work with and always responding in a timely manner. The roof looks great! The crew was very friendly and contentious up until the very end walking the yard numerous times for clean up. Based on the interaction and communication with this company, they truly do care about your satisfaction and take pride in their work. I would highly recommend Roof King if you’re in the market for a new roof!Roof King & Restoration
