  I had Tri State Exteriors put on a replacement roof. They did everything that they promised and the crew was very efficient and professional. I worked with Taylor ******** (salesperson) and he was very knowledgeable and they did everything he stated they would. There were no hidden cost that came up when the job was completed. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a replacement roof.

  Tri-state exterior went beyond to help us when we needed few urgent roof repairs. Prescott Garvin explained the roof issues, discussed pricing upfront and got all the repairs done at a great price and on the same day. Very easy to work with. I definitely give them more than 5 stars.

  This company was a blessing for my family. Armando helped us through all of the process and was there to answer all the questions and explain anything we needed. He worked diligently with us to get our roof replacement approved through our insurance, despite how arguable my insurance company was, Armando stayed on top of everything and made sure we got what we needed for my family and our home. We are MORE than happy with the results and I HIGHLY recommend Tristate Exteriors if you’re looking to get your roof worked on.

  As the son of a contractor, I look for quality and work ethic when choosing a building contracting company. They were very responsive in all communications.Our service was an insurance claim. As with most insurance companies, ours looked for any reason to minimize the damage done during the recent storms. Tri State Exteriors documented, communicated, and responded to every request the insurance company made. Ultimately, in the end, our claim was resolved resulting in a new roof. We liked the fact that all new code requirements were brought up to spec. Things have changed some since we built in 2006. They use high-quality, well-known shingles and other materials. There was NO low-quality anything about the product and installation.We were scheduled within a week or so. The crew showed up and knocked out the job in one day. Our house is huge so the roof was a big job. They covered all edges of the roof line on the ground to catch debris. The cleanup was phenomenal. We have not found a single nail! Honestly, it happened so quickly with no trace that it seemed like no one was ever here--like magic roof fairies showed up and installed a roof.If all contractor interactions were like this, life would be easy as a homeowner.****************************************, ****
