      To Whom This May Concerns. I am still owed a refund from The 24 hour cardinal coin laundry mat. I was a new customer and was in their laundry mat after 1130 pm on Tuesday March 14 2023. I almost got bleach inhalation poisoning because of one of their dysfunctional HE washers washer number 9 almost got me sick because it would not take the rest of my quarters from the laundry mats change machine. The washer only took 1.25 worth of quarters and wouldn't not take the rest my white clothing was already inside the washer and I already added the washing powder bleach and the fabric softener that I purchased inside their laundry mat. I followed the directions on the washer and had no ideal the very corrosive bleach would seep through onto my clothes without the washer fully starting once it was paid for and the appropriate chosen buttons for what type of washing cycle and temperature you need would be chosen. I kept trying to put quarters inside the machine and it would not accept anymore quarters. I called the laundry mat's number and it went to voicemail. I assumed someone would be at the laundrymat because it was 24 hours with other customers there and I had spoke to a ********* gentleman earlier prior to the incident occurring with the defective washer after 12am. I texted the appropriate number( ###-###-####) after 1217am that l the voicemail recording directed customers to text with any issues within the laundromat. I gave a detail description of what happened along with photographs I took, to provide evidence through the text complaint. I also left my email address to utilize to direct follow up as well. I never heard from the management about apologizing for the incident nor my refund of 4.25 of wasted laundry material along with my 1.25 worth of quarters the machine wouldn't return.
