      I went to purchase a gun safe on sale. Was told the only one available was the floor model, more might be in Thursday or Sunday. Said I would take the floor model. Manager said he wouldn't sell that one just to replace it the next day even though he didn't know if more were coming. Then proceeded to tell us he wouldn't sell a safe so late I the day (430pm). He said another store may have one, but he was too busy to call and find out. Basically said to come back or call and if no more came on the truck we could then buy the display. I told him I wasn't buying one. As I walked away,another customer asked if he was going to get the same speech about a safe, manager said yes. That man also turned and left. Manager cost them a couple thousand in sales. Will not shop at Dunham's again.

      Golf shirts are 2nds or 3rds. They don’t fit properly. Difficult to try on clothes there when you can’t find an employee to unlock the door. Returned a Callaway polo because it fit like a tent. Exchanged for an Adidas polo but it fits like a poncho.
      That’s enough for me no more shopping there.

      Horrible quality of goods and is way overpriced. If you want good quality sporting goods, do yourself a favor and go to ***** Sporting Goods.

      Horrendous customer support! Placed a online order for a baseball bat. Payment has been debited from my bank account weeks ago but have yet to receive item. I have left a message on the customer service voicemail line for 8 days in a row. Still have yet to receive a call back. Called into corporate office Secretary “did not even know who to direct me to” took my order number and name still have not received call back. No status update available online. My next step is filing a police report. Buyer beware! Take your business elsewhere.*
