    We registered our son for the National Gridiron Youth All-star North vs. South game June 8 - 11 of 2023. We purchased the Allstar swag package for over $300 which was supposed to include my son's uniform with his name and chosen number, a backpack, and athletic gear. As we approached the event dates, the event was shortened by 24 hours without any indication why. Upon arrival for the event, we were told they did not have our son's package but it would arrive later that day. For the 3 days of the event, we were provided various different stories as to where our merchandise was but never received it. I was also verbally assaulted by ***** ******, the owner, at the game location for asking where our stuff was. We are now a month past the event and still have none of the items we paid for. Mr. ****** refuses to communicate or provide the material we paid for. At this point I just want our money back for this event since we did not receive anything we were promised which voids his no-refund policy.

    May 22 sent final payment to this organization based on information they provide and reassured the event would have as stated. This is not the case once we arrived and spent an additional $2k in travel expenses. They seem to delete every post that asks legitimate questions. No family night, just like no combine that was advertised, no uniforms for all the players, no lineman for some teams, no limit to positions as stated, oh and no legit forming of teams by geographical location as stated (obvious when families had kids split between north/south) instead juggling kids from one team to another on the last day of practice and NOT for the purpose of filling position voids. Which would only make sense after throwing together pick up players and force them to play positions they’ve never played before after giving false information to get their money and have the travel expenses. Serious risk for injury to put kids in this situation. We’re so glad our son’s player card was pulled off the #gridironhardyouthallstarshowcase page. We definitely don’t want our son’s name affiliated with this organization. It was hard to walk away from a commitment and not be there for his team but what we witnessed over the first 2 days was beyond unacceptable so we put our child’s safety first. We appreciate our son’s coaches that stood up for the kids and refused to accept the organization’s last minute rule change that would have further put our kids at risk. Trust me we asked all these questions before committing never expected to be straight up lied to. Register a whole team of RB’s that you expect to rotate to play the line because you moved all the lineman to one team. There was an initial $25 charge that was paid separately from my documented payments.
