Me and me friend got tattoos and after they healed they looked awful. I emailed 22 caliber to complain. The gm said the artist would fix them. I told her I would not be having him touch me again. She gave me the owners number and said to contact him to schedule a time for him to fix them. I talked to ***** the owner who was very rude and arrogant. He said he would not fix them and the artist should since the artist did them. He then asked how much we paid and then never got back to me

This gentleman and his friend has been offered a free touch up by the artist who originally did the work who is more then capable of doing so. It is our policy to return to the artist who did the work. Not a new artist or the owner for they did not do the work or get paid for any of the service. The gentleman has refused to let the original artist touch up his own work. If he would like another artist to touch up his work he would have to pay a fee for doing so. The gentleman's tattoos are on the wrist and hand area which in our terms and conditions states there will be no free touch ups for these areas do not take ink well and are subject to more exposure to daily abuse from using you hands so much. Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: this is just not true. I have other tattoos in these areas that are just fine looking. It’s not a hard healing area and he didn’t address my friends tattoo on her arm that looks terrible

We have offered him and his friend a free touch up by the artist who performed the tattoos which is in our terms and conditions policy for any Artist whom works here. He is lucky the Artist did the tattoos to start with our terms and conditions for these areas clearly states we don't offer free touch ups for tattoos in these areas and we discourage getting them done in those areas. And the artist is offering to touch them up for him. And from the pictures he sent us his other tattoos ( not done by us ) looks the same. So clearly he seems to think he knows more about my profession of 18 yrs, 3 studios and over 20 artists under me knows. Our offer stands take it or leave it. Attached is our policy in terms and conditions on our website.
