      I'll start this out by saying I would leave 0 stars if I could. DO NOT go to this tax preparers service unless you want to get double charged, lied to and your taxes either not filed or a very long delay in filing. After having taxes done in March then patiently waiting till late June, we were told by the tax preparer that our taxes were stuck in some sort of limbo...Not even sure that means. I called the State Tax office at the time/date 6/1/25 and nothing was ever showing received. Checked *******, nothing found. Finally after multiple calls for weeks to the preparer who never returns calls but finally answered and lied stating our taxes were filed but were stuck. After receiving 1 of our state returns through a 3rd party bank who took an additional $500 fees for the preparer were told our taxes were prepared and sent 2 weeks ago. Very unprofessional and this business needs shut down immediately.

      This tax service is terrible. Still waiting on State tax refund in June and found out from the state of taxation that information was wrong on my returns and they were sent a letter explaining everything and now I have to fix it. They will not answer calls, texts or emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! They are not professional and will not do a good service.

      ***Warning***Do NOT use them! Paid for services that were never filed. She will block you when you inquire about it and then ghost you when youre trying to handle things professionally. She is a fraud!

      White Kenyon is a terrible place to go! She told me she knew what she was doing and not to worry. After I got my refunds I started getting letters from the tax **** that we were being audited because she put all these fancy numbers on our tax forms and it made it look like we had a business we were running but I never gave her any information on this never provided any numbers to her and now we are being penalized for something I have no idea whats going on. I just received a letter today 5-15-25 that I owe all this money and was never told I needed to pay a thing. Due by 6-2-25 or I get more fees I also paid her a very large sum of money to be totally screwed by this person They wont answer my calls the door text nothing.. I dont have this kind of money to just send someone I am limited to what I have. I cant believe this person is allowed to run a business and fraud people the way she is doing. When will something be done. This is totally not ok for this woman to keep doing this to innocent people

      I paid the fee to have my tax return completed and the tax return was never filed. My phone calls go unanswered and the office is now closed. I now have to refile my tax return. I paid for services not rendered!

      This business failed to complete my taxes. They have had taxes 6 weeks, each week I am given an excuse. Upon my first visit I was told it would be done within 1 week. The owner is never there or the office is closed, with a sign on the door. Sometimes a young man (minor) is there with the door locked, however he will only come to the door to check off your name for appointments. I have made appointments, but they have failed to complete the task. Some of my paperwork was misplaced and they blamed it on a previous employee.
