      I have been a customer with ********************** phones for my business for many years since approx 2017 and the actual service on phones have been good. I am transitioning out after my ******************************************************** on a yearly renewal as of Nov. It is now July and I am switching companies to simplify my business. Now I am just leasing the equipment each month. However now that we want to leave them they are holding me to the entire year contract even though we will not be using their services after July. They are asking for us to pay for months we are not using Aug, Sept, Oct etc. I called to explain my situation with transition to new company and they could care less. No attempt to do anything to help me. They just want their money and phones back. My advice to you: Read your contract and don't sign a long term contract because they will not make any exceptions and will stick you with any balances due even if you are not using their services. Poor customer ********************** from **** ******* Executive Vice Pres of the Company , No exceptions or negotiations at all. I am disappointed with this company after many years of loyal service to their company. Buyer be warned.
