      ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED. I have shopped with ****** for years and recently made a purchase where they charged me double. I have contacted customer service and they said i could expect a refund from them with in ***** hours. I am currently fighting with them as they are refusing to give me my refund.

      If I could give this company NO STARS, I would! :-( They had incorrect information and kept telling me to contact the credit bureaus, but I already did that. I believe they deny people a place to live so they can keep their high $100 application fee! Contacting them is frustrating and you will get the "run-around!" Why would an apartment complex use them? To make money off of you and I. They are the worst!
