    At first, I thought these guys did good work at a fair price. However, they sold me a set of tires with 4/32 tread depth instead of the 9/32 I was told would be on them. The right rear tire has a large gash in the shoulder and instead of notifying me they installed the tires anyways and to hide this they mounted the directional tire backwards! Once I noticed this I called and asked if they could swap out the tires or refund my money. They told me they could replace the one singular tire with damage (this is an awd car! You can’t replace just one tire). They then argued tires have only a 7 day warranty and it was my own fault the tire was damaged despite it being very clear the damage was old with dry rot all around it. This transaction was $405 (I tipped an additional $15) and occurred on May 10th 2024
