    They rebuilt a trans for me they had the truck for around 2 months I no it it back 4 times in that time period and it went right back they charged me 5k and lied about what they put in the transmission I took it to a second shop that took it apart and said that the transition did not have a bullet input shaft that they charged me 900$ for they are liars and scammer

    Copy and pasted from google since they won't show my review. I brought in my vehicle for a transmission code and the first diagnosis they gave me was the TCC regulator valve was bad so I gave them the go ahead to replace it. On my way home after getting it back the vehicle went into limp mode. The shop towed it back and determined the torque converter needed replaced so I gave them the go ahead to do so. After getting it back the transmission was still slipping. The owner ****** determined that the valve needed a stronger spring so he replaced it at no charge. Once I got it back and was driving it for a couple days the transmission decided to break down on 270 in busy traffic. At this point I was frustrated and wanted a refund because they obviously screwed something up when servicing it. One of the employees named **** gave me the runaround on my transmission to prevent me from getting a refund. I've had to bring in my vehicle FOUR times for an issue that was never fixed and now my transmission is in an even worse state than it was before. I advised that I was going to take legal action, file a BBB complaint, and contact ABC 6 if I was given a hard time acquiring my refund. I was given my refund however **** then decided to become aggressive with me stating to never threaten him or the receptionist in the shop about the BBB and ABC 6 because they wouldn't help me. A worker in another room decided to yell a smart comment about me as well. I was also accused by **** and the receptionist that I was a scammer and they shouldn't even be towing my vehicle for free to get it fixed correctly. This is the most unprofessional customer service experience I've ever had in my life. A little word of advice for anyone reading this review...DON'T do business with this company. If you choose to do business with this company make sure to get in writing what their refund policy is after not fixing your vehicle FOUR TIMES because I was called a scammer for wanting a refund!
