      So, we reached out via Facebook about this appliance store because we were looking for a stove and didn't mind if it was used. We showed up and saw so many more than what was posted, and they let us check out the ones they had. We ended up paying more money for one that we thought was nicer and saw it turn on so to us we were good to go. within the next week of learning our new stove we had realized quickly that the burners did not match the knobs. there were four knobs with one burner having an outer ring that heated up and one that just had the smaller ring... the problem is the top was switched and now we have four burners with only one outer ring heating up instead of a larger burner we have to cook our food on the edge of the skillet and the other burners do not heat up as they should since the top doesn't match the "5" burners it should have. Now cooking for a family of 6 has just turned into a nightmare. We contacted them immediately since we were well within our 30-day warranty and asked to get a new one in replace of this one, they would not honor the warranty and said as long as it works that's all that matters. We now have one burner that is huge and only the outer ring heats up while the others are not in the right places, so they do not heat up correctly either. on top of that the knobs wouldn't turn off, so the stove is a hit or miss if it's still on and not knowing where's its actually heating up has caused a safety hazard cooking with children in the home. I will never recommend this place since they refused to honor their own warranty.
