    We purchased the vehicle in May 2022. On 6/22/22 we took car in the first time for a rear end swaying. At that point they said it was road conditions. Being such a new vehicle I thought it may be a possibility. After two more weeks of driving it was getting worse. I took it back and test drove with several servicemen. They can feel the problem but for some reason nobody knows what to do. After changing tires three times to find same problem they said there was nothing they can do since they are unable to find a solution. Per consumer affairs they recommended to take it to another dealer to see if they can figure out our problem. One service man felt the problem the other was unsure. We are driving an unsafe vehicle and have had absolutely no help in this matter. Customer affairs has denied a buyback or another vehicle. After reviewing work order they left out they had put a third set of tires and when bringing it to there attention there answer was "We changed Bridgestone to Hancock and since there was not difference we did not note it but if someone needs the information they can call, from Hancock it went to Continental and still no results...
    I have every service order and each and every conversation noted. I just need someone to help me with this unsafe vehicle. I have done everything they have asked.
