    I ******* ******* bought a car from ***** Pharra on 2/23/2024. On 5/17/2024 vehicle stopped being drivable. I took vehicle to auto zone and it was diagnosed that the timing chain needed to be replaced. I had brought it to ******* attention that the car wasn’t operating correctly and would have to be placed in a shop. I took vehicle to mechanical shop for second opinion and it’s was for sure the timing chain. I called ***** back and tried to work something out with him about the vehicle, considering it’s only been 3 months that I had the vehicle in my possession. Since I’ve had the vehicle I've invested over $500 to make sure maintenance stayed up to date on vehicle. He sold the vehicle for $5000 and I had paid $3,400 and owed a remaining of $1,600. ***** called me 6/04/2024 I explained to him the situation and he hung up, I tried calling back to see if we could get a resolution but no answer.

    I am rejecting this response because: I ******* ******* would’ve not agreed to purchasing a vehicle with a bad motor. I was informed by seller that it operated great and only needed a taillight. Seller agreed to replace taillight because agreed that was the only problem it had.

    ncc motor sale had buy a used car and resale it used we don't have a history of any used car we buy and no business in used  car career

    and it using the car for 99 days now realize the engine is bad !!!!! too bad
