      super unprofessional and not helpful whatsoever. my mother took her vacuum in because it wasn’t working properly and the worker couldn’t even tell her what was wrong fully but was gonna charge $200 for repairs. he took the handle off her vacuum and told her to sell it on ebay for $20 and trash the vacuum so she left it there. i went back about 15 minutes later to get it because it still works and he shouldn’t be allowed to sell the rest for parts (which he was absolutely going to do) and he was super rude when we went back for it. i’ll never go there again and make sure i tell everyone i know to do the same.
