I’m the caregiver for my elderly father who placed a single order for Keto Gummies being advertised by this company. After the first order was placed in October of 2022, they charged his account $262.52. Then the following month they charged him the same amount and sent another order. I didn’t realize something was wrong until the 3rd order came in December and he said that he never placed a 2nd order and couldn’t understand why they kept sending him gummies. When I called, the company claimed that he signed up for a monthly subscription. He couldn’t find the order confirmation so I couldn’t verify whether or not this was true. I offered to send the gummies back for a refund, as by this time they charged his account 3 times for the same amount. They told me that they would cancel the subscription, but to keep the gummies. They also told me that they could only refund one month and half of the previous month since it was over 30 days since it was shipped. He was issued a refund, but not even a week after the refund was issued they charged him for the same amount again. Then the folllowing month they charged him again and sent another package of gummies. In addition, there were 2 additional charges just a few weeks apart from a company called ******** CBD, one charge for 120.98 and another for 199.98. My dad had absolutely no knowledge of what these charges came from, especially given that the only CBD product that he kept receiving was from Vibez, which we canceled. When we called this company they couldn’t produce any proof of purchase, they just kept saying that they sent a subscription of CBD gummies. When I called Vibez back to question why the subscription never stopped, they said they didn’t have proof of us canceling the subscription even though they issued a refund for the Nov and Dec orders. Another strange thing is that the refund was issued by a company called ********, not Vibez. I disputed ALL of the charges with his bank and now they are investigating.
