  We are extremely grateful we chose Rosati Windows. We had a great sales appointment with ********, and we ordered our windows in January. They were installed in July as planned due to high demand. The installation was fast and, afterward, you wouldn't have known they were there, it was so clean. During the installation, when I walked into the kitchen, I realized there was a problem. We had ordered dark oak vinyl trim for the slider and all windows *except* the kitchen, which was supposed to be white. But there on the kitchen floor, waiting to be installed, was a dark oak window. I checked our invoice and, sure enough, we had ordered the wrong trim by mistake. There were two miscommunications: 1) we'd gone back and forth on beige or white outdoor trim, ultimately settling on white, so that color was on the order, and 2) we'd asked for the slider off of the kitchen to be dark oak and the window to be white. ******** gave us a discount, but we would have to pay to replace the dark oak kitchen window with a white one. When the gentleman came to measure for the replacement, he was confused. I explained and he said he didn't need to measure, apologized, and left. A few minutes later, he came back and told me they were going to try to make this right. Sales Mgr. ***** came to see the window and hear the story firsthand. We explained, and he said that he had told the owner, Mr. *********************** what had happened and that they were going to replace the window at no charge to us. We could not believe it! We were not expecting that at all, especially since it was mostly our mistake. We have had our windows for over four months now and we love them. The slider is also amazing. The entire house is quieter, and we have noticed a reduction in our energy bills thanks to the great construction of these windows. Last week, the white window was installed, and it looks great. We are so grateful Rosati Windows stood by their customer guarantee. We cannot recommend this company enough.

  I initially believed ******* Windows was a reputable company, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. On multiple occasions, they scheduled appointments for measurements or installation, only to cancel at the very last minute. It seems they dont realize that people have jobs and cant be available at their convenience 24/7. So far, Im really disappointed and deeply regret choosing this company. If their pre-service is this unreliable, I dread to think what the actual service will be like.

  I truly apologize. Things like this dont happen often. Our customer canceled the first appointment. Our installer canceled the second one due to family issues. And the third appointment was rained out. I will keep an eye on it to make sure things are completed. We appreciate your business. **** Rosati.

  I had windows installed in January - they were fine at the time. Then came the spring and humidity of summer - and now the true colors of these windows are shing thru! They are awful! The latches don't latch well - they are difficult to use. The windows have condensation when the air conditioner is on and there is humidity. Our old windows (they lasted over 30 years) never did that! For as much money has I'm paying for these windows - they are certainly not worth it! Oh - and to have someone come out to look at these - over a month to get an appointment - has to tell you something!

  We had windows installed yesterday and I can’t say enough good things about them! We love the windows and the whole experience from the beginning with our salesman Dan H*** to the installers Matt B*** and Brandon was wonderful! Dan was very knowledgeable about their product and the installers were on time, got the job done in a timely manner. They cleaned things up and you couldn’t even tell they had been here. If you are in need of windows, I would absolutely recommend Rosati!

  I’ve use Rosati on 2 different homes and now a cabin we’re building. Jeff has been our salesman from the very beginning and one of the many reasons we keep coming back. The windows are great quality and the service is excellent. These folks go above and beyond. From Jeff, Sam and all the installers we’ve met over the years we couldn’t be happier. These folks have also been the same ones we’ve dealt with for more than a decade. So it’s very clear Rosati is also great to their employees. We won’t use anyone else.
